Lesotho - All Saints has an active link through prayer, friendship and practical support with the village church of St Johns Ha Simone in Lesotho.

This started when Annette Willoughby, who had lived in Datchworth, moved to Lesotho to marry a "dam man". She has subsequently written and broadcast about her experiences and enthused All Saints to raise money to fund a well and electricity for St John's. The local church at Ha Simone was able to extend the use of the money to provide a flushing church toilet as well - somewhat ironic as All Saints will not acquire its until 2004! The Datchworth / St John's fund raising project is complete but members of All Saints continue to collect material, clothes and toys to send to St John's from time to time.
