I
especially wish to offer my sincere thanks to all the people who help
with the magazine – Distribution Manager & Team/ Advertising
Managers/ Village Post Office/Regular Contributors/Advertisers.
What you do is greatly appreciated by the Church and myself. You
are all stars.
Also, I would like to thank the 3 other people, other than myself, from
the 445 purchasers of All Saints, who answered my response in last
month’s issue, and donated £38. As you can imagine, I feel
saddened that the response was not better, but feel this may be my
fault, as I neglected to put details of the account cheques needed to
be made out to! (All Saints PCC (New Hall Fund). The figure I
mentioned of £15,000 was only the sum needed to complete the
outer fabric of the building currently in progress. As you will
see from this months centre page spread, the actual sum to complete
inside and landscaping etc. is £25,000. There are many
churches in this area who have had kitchens/toilets etc built
recently and who have managed to get the money to complete these.
